- How does a Beacon Membership work?
- You pick a plan based on your home's size and needs. We schedule routine visits throughout the year, handle the tasks on our checklist, and send you a digital report after each visit.
- Do I need to be home for every visit?
- No. Many customers provide secure access instructions. If you'd like to be there, we can schedule visits when you're home.
- What if something needs a repair outside the plan?
- We document anything beyond routine maintenance and give you a clear quote before doing extra work. There's never a surprise hourly rate.
- Can I pause or cancel my Membership?
- Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime through your customer portal. If you move within our service area, we can transfer your plan to the new address.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We serve Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Navarre, Cantonment, Perdido Key, and surrounding Escambia & Santa Rosa counties.
