• Billing information — Membership plan, billing dates, and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers on our systems.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, collected automatically when you use the site.

• To schedule, perform, and document maintenance visits.
• To route technicians efficiently, including mapping your service address.
• To bill your Membership and send receipts and renewal notices.
• To respond to service requests, questions, and support inquiries.
• To send service-related notifications about upcoming or completed visits.
• To improve our services and maintain the security of our systems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Technicians and staff — assigned personnel see your address, contact details, and the scope of the work requested.
• Service providers — payment processing, email delivery, mapping and navigation, and cloud hosting vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Subcontractors — licensed trade partners we engage for work outside our in-house scope, limited to the information needed for that job.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety or rights of people or property.

We geocode service addresses so technicians can plan efficient routes. Route planning and navigation links use third-party mapping providers, which receive the destination address when a technician opens directions. We do not track customer device location.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in to your account will not work without them.

We keep account and service records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet tax, warranty, insurance, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time; we will remove or anonymize what we are not required to retain.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions so that staff only see the records they need. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the site before they take effect.
