Home Maintenance Technician
Full-time · Pensacola & Gulf Breeze
Run a daily route of subscriber visits — HVAC filter and drain service, plumbing checks, safety devices, caulking, minor repairs and photo documentation.
- 3+ years of handyman, trades, or facilities experience
- Clean driving record and your own hand tools
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and using a phone app
Maintenance Apprentice
Full-time · Paid training
Ride along and learn the trade. You'll shadow a senior tech, build your checklist skills, and take on your own route as you earn certifications.
- No experience required — mechanical aptitude and reliability matter most
- We pay for training and tool starter kit
- Clear path to full technician pay within 12 months
Seasonal / Storm-Prep Helper
Part-time · Seasonal
Extra hands for hurricane prep, gutter and exterior season, and spring HVAC rushes. Great fit if you want flexible weeks.
- Flexible scheduling around your other work
- Ladder-comfortable and able to lift 50 lbs
- First consideration for full-time openings
Customer Care Coordinator
Full-time · Office / hybrid
Be the voice of Beacon — schedule visits, answer subscriber questions, follow up after service, and keep our customer profiles sharp.
- Strong written and phone communication
- Organized with scheduling and follow-through
- Service, hospitality, or dispatch background is a plus
