What's included, and what isn't
- Plans cover only the services listed on that tier. Anything else is quoted and approved before work begins.
- Billed monthly in advance and renews automatically. Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Unused visits don't roll over.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no contract, no cancellation fee. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Labor on completed repairs is warranted 30 days; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. This is a maintenance Membership, not a home warranty or insurance policy.
- Major system replacement, structural work, and remediation (mold, asbestos, pests) are not covered.
